 The DDA aims to enhance connectivity through infrastructure projects. This includes improving existing roads and planning new access roads to connect remote areas within Lufa District. 

Lufa District currently has four health centres and 14 aid posts serving a population of approximately 11,467. Ensuring accessible healthcare services remains a priority. 

Education infrastructure includes 28 elementary schools, 15 community schools, 13 primary schools, and 2 high schools. However, challenges persist, especially for students in certain valleys in road access. Literacy rates and enrollment rates are areas of focus for improving education outcomes2.
